If your filtered. product should fail during your original one-year limited warranty period, filtered. will arrange to deliver a replacement to you free of charge and arrange to have your original filtered. product returned to us. Simply call 1.800.filtered and have your original sales receipt available when you call. Proof of purchase will be required to initiate the claim. Make sure to give the consultant your complete shipping address – No PO Box numbers, please. When you receive your replacement, use the carton and the prepaid shipping label to pack up your original filtered. product and send it back to us.
